Cancellations and No Show Policy

At Key Wellness & Aesthetics, we reserve appointment times specifically for you and our provider. We value your time and ask that the same courtesy be extended to our team and other clients awaiting appointments. 

    • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or reschedules. 
    • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
  • Please note if 90 minutes or more was booked for your appointment, the cancellation fee will be $100.
  • Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment to avoid impacting other clients. If rescheduled, the $50 late cancellation fee will be charged. 
  • Repeat late arrivals or cancellations may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

We understand emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Our goal is not to penalize clients, but to protect appointment availability and schedules while respecting everyone’s time.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.


Pet Policy

Although we love animals, we ask you please leave your pet at home during your visit to Key Wellness & Aesthetics. Should you arrive at an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility.
