All Piercings (Except Earlobes): Both the parent/legal guardian and the minor must each bring a state-issued picture I.D.
Earlobe Piercings Only: The parent/legal guardian must bring a state-issued picture I.D. A picture I.D. is not required for the child, but a birth certificate is required.
Sleep and eat well beforehand, avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior, skip caffeine the day of, avoid blood thinners and aspirin for a week before, and have a nutritious meal or snack within 2 hours of your appointment. Try to relax. It makes a difference!
